Ken Boudreau Resigns from M. C. Gill Corporation

El Monte, California – Effective December 31, 2007, Ken Boudreau is resigning as President and CEO of M.C. Gill Corporation to pursue other business opportunities.
The company is appreciative of Mr. Boudreau’s many years of service to the company and wishes him well in his new endeavors.
Stephen Gill will fill the position of President and CEO, in addition to his responsibilities as Chairman, effective January 1, 2008.
