El Monte, California - 25 January 2002 - BAE Systems has announced the appointment of M.C. Gill Corporation Europe Ltd as sole distributor of Floor Panel spares world-wide effective December 1, 2001. M.C. Gill Corporation Europe Ltd has been supplying their Insoleq brand Floor Panels to BAE programs over the last fifteen years, accumulating vast experience in this area. The company is well positioned to provide spares support to the following aircraft:

• BAe146 passenger & freighter
• Avro RJ70, RJ85 and RJ100
• ATP & 748
• Jetstream 31, 32 and 41.

"We've been supplying flooring panels, and other materials, to BAE for a long time, so our Insoleq trademark will commonly be found on BAE aircraft parts. These panels cover the entire floor area of an aircraft, including the passenger cabin, cockpit, cargo floor, any of which may need replacing at some time," said Martin Canning, Director: European Sales & Marketing, M.C. Gill Corporation.

M. C. Gill Europe Ltd holds JAR 21 approval and is capable of detailing a range of floor panels based on M. C. Gill OEM approved raw stock. A new facility in Bangor, North Ireland has 3-axis CNC routing facilities and warehouses an increasing range of stock flooring and cargo lining materials for quick distribution to European customers.

"We maintain an extensive library of part numbers. Many stock details are kept on hand, including inserts and many of the more commonly requested details parts. However, our capabilities go far beyond floor panels. For example we supply insulation blankets for all of these aircraft. We also have the capability to rapidly fabricate parts to customer specifications," explained Martin Canning. "Most importantly, we realize how essential it is to respond to customer orders immediately to keep aircraft downtime to a minimum. Our turnaround time is remarkably short and this was one of the main reasons for our selection."
