Kenneth Boudreau Named CEO of M.C. Gill Corporation

El Monte, California - 15 January 2002 - Company founder M.C. Gill announced today that Kenneth Boudreau has been promoted to the position of CEO of M.C. Gill Corporation. The El Monte headquartered company has been a leader in advanced composite products since its founding in 1945. Currently the company manufactures a broad range of composite panels used in commercial aircraft for floors, baggage compartment liner, as bullet resistant ballistic laminates and to create interior aircraft structures such as galleys and in other uses.
Four subsidiary companies are owned within the corporate group, including Alcore and Castle Industries of California in the United States, along with Insoleq/M.C. Gill Europe Ltd in Northern Ireland and Alcore Brigantine in France.
Kenneth Boudreau is a native of Revere, Massachusetts, and received his BA from Cal State Fullerton. He is also a CPA. Boudreau has been in the Southern California business environment for over 20 years, with significant experience as a successful executive with a Los Angeles area concrete and plastic products manufacturer. Coming to M.C. Gill Corporation in April, 1996, Mr. Boudreau first served as CFO before promotion to VP of Operations in 1998.
