Formerly known as "Insoleq", the company has a wide range of aviation customer approvals and manufactures original equipment under a JAR21 approval. In 1987 M.C. Gill Corporation began working with Insoleq Ltd, then an Insulation and Bonding Lead specialist, to secure prime flooring supplier status with BAe on their entire passenger aircraft range including ATP, 146, 125-800/1000 and Jetstream 31/41. This successful partnership continued and developed for over a decade with M.C. Gill Corporation's ability to manufacture BAE qualified raw stock boards, combined with Insoleq's expertise in making finished floor and furnishing panels and fabricating more complex cut-and-fold bulkheads, stowages and consoles.

In 1997 M.C. Gill Corporation's longstanding goal to establish a physical presence in Europe was realised with the acquisition of Insoleq Ltd and its transformation into M.C Gill Corporation Europe, Ltd. Early success came with the award of the flooring/cargo liner contract for the BAE Aviation Services Airbus A300B4 passenger to freighter conversion programme, establishment of a well positioned European warehouse and, in 2000, the opening of a custom-built 16,000 ft. sq. facility.
