Q: What does Castle need to quote on new products?

A: Send drawings, specifications and parts lists via mail to Castle Industries, Inc., 601 South Dupont Avenue, Ontario, CA 91761, or email to info@cstleindustries.net.

Q: What design software does Castle use?

A: AUTOCAD and CATIA.

Q: How long are your quotes valid?

A: In most cases, 90 days. Longer validity can be accommodated if required.

Q: What is your normal lead time?

A: Currently 30-45 days ARO.

Q: Can you supply expedited products in less than 30 days?

A: Yes. We can expedite products, depending on material availability, in 14 days or less. The additional expedite fee varies depending on the part number ordered.

Q: What type of certification comes with the product shipped?

A: A Certificate of Conformance at no additional charge.

Q: Can Castle supply FAA 8130 forms?

A: Yes. The additional fee is $500.00 per part number.

Q: Can Castle supply burn certificates??

A: Yes. The additional fee is $100.00 per part number to meet the FAR 25.853(b) specification.

Q: I there a price break for quantities of spare parts?

A: No. If you need to expedite parts, there is only a one-time fee for any quantity.

Q: Is there a price break for OEM parts or assemblies?

A: Yes. Castle has the capability to produce prototypes and high volume production lots. Higher quantities result in very competitive prices.

Q: Does Castle have design capabilities?

A: Yes. We offer complete design engineering and analysis services. We also build to print.

Q: What is the turn-around time for repairs?

A: Seats, electronic racks and assemblies can usually be repaired in less than 30 days.

Q: Does Castle require a RMA to return a product for repair?
